Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be: • Unused, unworn, and unwashed • Free from any damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear • Returned with all original tags attached • Returned in original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
Return Timeframe • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping • We do not offer free returns. • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
