Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from the UK, and international delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days. During very busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes all orders include tracking. Your tracking details will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item as long as it meets our return conditions.

What are the return eligibility requirements?

To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Free from any damage, stains, odours, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

How long do I have to return my order?

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free returns?

No, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

How will I receive my refund?

Do you offer exchanges?

Not at the moment. If you need a different size or item, simply place a new order and return the original.
